GRAPHIC DESIGN PORTFOLIO:

Web site Design for the Organization Zamosc Jews
Redesigned in 2009
Refreshing the original design created in 2004. The concept and functionality of the site changed, therefore the visual concept was adapted to reinforce the new concept. More fresh and friendly but still conserving the seriousness of the theme. The homepage is now more dynamic as the images change randomly every time the site is opened and other changes happen as the visitor moves the mouse over the site.
The site is based on a Content Management System (CMS) so that the organization gets the opportunity of modifying, adding and deleting content as they desires. This example shows the importance of having a designer planning the visual communication of the site and resulting in a unique concept instead of using a ready-to-use template. In our design, the graphics adapt to the organizations message while with a ready-to-use template the needs and message of the client, the template becomes the master and the message and needs of the client must adapt to the limits of the template.
This is an example of a well designed site where the organization and the designer worked as a team resulting in a functional, attractive and friendly site. The goal of the site is to remember the life of jewish people before and during the holocaust. The intention of the site is to reunite the people from Zamosc and promote the events of the organization that might occurre in the future.

Web site Design for the Organization Zamosc Jews
Created in 2004
This site was created as a memorial to the Jewish community who lived in Zamosc, Poland. The intention of the site is also to get people together, to connect and reencounter their roots.
The design of the site represents an honorable memorial, but also a look into the activities that take place in our days to remember this communities and reconnect people.
The site is rich in content divided in two parts: the archive ( past ) and the way visitors can get involved (present and future).
We are now redesigning the site.
